can’t get more commercialised than ever. at the same time, it seriously look like a dump now, with all the super major construction going on now for the new integrated resort..casinos…theme parks..hotels etc etc….

when i took a ride up the carlsberg tower to experience the “view”…eeeeek… what a mess. but still it was fun taking a slow spin round and round up the tower. if only it was open air…the wind must have been really refreshing.

singapore flyer. the new one.

ferry’s wheel is really quite fun and not so scary after i tried the one in osaka for the first time. i think it’s fun to feel like you are on top of the world. for a few seconds… 😛 especially when you get to stand up in the capsule, you can just scream inside.

when i finally reached the highest point…the sky has darken. and the singapore flyer now looks like an ah-beng spaceship. (i just wasn’t sure about all the blue lights)

the night ended well with a really good place of carbona at 1 of my favourite italian restaurant al forno. (not forgetting a big dish of clams whipped up in white wine sauce…*drool*)
