that was what my father said when we were leaving from the 7th storey hotel restaurant…
7th storey hotel officially closes its gates on the 1st of november when the last guest checked out..
and the steamboat restaurant will move to 2 new locations by early december too..
it wouldn’t be the same anymore..
now we get to eat traditional charcoal steamboat outdoors under the stars..
with nothing in our way around us (at least 10m radius) except an open field…
sometimes we get the nice breeze…
a beautiful feeling…
at the 2 new locations…they will be proper restaurants..
the least i hope they can do..is to retain the charcoal steamboat..
my father has never liked steamboats from anywhere before…
except at 7th storey hotel…
maybe it wasn’t just about the food..
but everything that came with it…
