i finally get to see his work LIVE at the Singapore Design Festival. He brought in his food design exhibits and they are really attractive and unreal. Combining food …ingredients with concepts..sure can quite be a deadly. Not like the-food-is-poisonous “deadly”..but endless possibilities for new creation “deadly”.

UVA Millenium Kit. These are supposed to be grapes. There’s a tradition in Spain to eat grapes to celebrate on New Year’s Eve. And engraved on these grapers are lucky edible icons. Cute…
